FinerFit ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered outfit styling service.
Information We Collect
- Style Preferences: Your answers to our style quiz (gender, style preferences, occasion).
- Email Address: If you choose to receive your outfit recommendations via email.
- Selfie Photos: If you opt for personalized "See It On Me" rendering, we temporarily process your selfie to generate AI images of you wearing the recommended outfits.
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
How We Use Your Selfie
When you use our "Precision Fit" personalized styling feature:
- Your selfie is sent to Google's Gemini AI solely to generate outfit visualization images.
- Your selfie is not stored on our servers after the image generation is complete.
- Your selfie is not used for training AI models.
- Your selfie is not shared with third parties except Google's Gemini API for image generation.
- Generated images are delivered to you and then discarded from our systems.
Data Retention
- Selfie photos: Processed in real-time and not stored. Deleted immediately after image generation.
- Email addresses: Retained only if you opt-in to receive communications.
- Style preferences: Not permanently stored or linked to your identity.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Opt out of personalized rendering and use our free AI model view instead.
- Request deletion of any email address we have on file.
